Aethel RCM provides business-to-business healthcare services, including medical billing and coding, revenue cycle management, AR and denial management, billing and coding audits, ASC billing, physician credentialing, state licensing support, verification and prior authorization, contact center and scheduling support, financial review, and practice health analysis. We do not provide medical care, clinical advice, or treatment of any kind.

3. Client Engagements

Services are provided under a separate written agreement between Aethel RCM and the client organization. That agreement governs scope, fees, term, confidentiality, and any business associate obligations. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation, provider information, and system access provided to us, and for final decisions regarding their practice operations, coding determinations, and claim submissions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our services are designed to improve billing accuracy and financial performance, specific financial outcomes, reimbursement amounts, credentialing approvals, or timelines depend on payers, regulators, and factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality and Compliance

Information exchanged during an engagement is treated as confidential. Where protected health information is involved, it is handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Aethel RCM and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethel RCM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Liability relating to services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
